Paleo diet is one of the modern day fads that had it origin traced back to the early

primitive age or stone age. This was an era where men were mainly hunters and

were majorly dieting on natural provisions such vegetable, fishes, meats fruits, nuts

roots etc. But one major attraction to this era is that despite their low level of

technology or better still thorough absence of any technology, they turn out to be

well able, energetic, firm and really good looking and this despite the rigours of

farming.

What is paleo diet? Paleo diet is the consumption of a choice of food basically the

natural foods and fruits which does not involve any preservation neither is it

present generation or age now is because of the massive consumption of
