Why these software’s are used in schools… DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION • DDR might be a way to hook the video-game crowd into more active lifestyles. • “At least 10 states” in US are using DDR as a “regular part of their P.E. curriculum” to fight obesity. • DDR appeals to school boards and educators. • Appeals to multiple intelligences: visual, auditory, musical, kinesthetic, and interpersonal intelligences. • DDR in Schools TWITTER • Twitter is a way to record thoughts and ideas. • Twitter connects you to a larger world outside the classroom. • Twitter can in a way improve writing and punctuation. • Twittering in Classes

Clickers • Should be used is low – stakes assessments. • Clickers provide student engagement, collaborative learning. • Students attention begins to drift after 10 mins. • 3-4 well paced clicker exercises per 30mins class is reasonable. • clickers in class Smart Boards • Great for demonstrations, very colorful, & increase motivation. • Accommodate different learning styles for all ages. • Touch sensitive, use sensors for detecting user input. • They catch children's attention. • smart boards • smart board in 2 grade

Tablet Pc’s • Laptop equipped with a touch screen, that can be used with a stylus or digital pen or fingertip. • Tablet’s give you the freedom to interact with your computer. • They can in some way replace paper, given the fact that it has a writing recognizer. • Tablet’s give students broader access to knowledge. • Tablet Pc's • Digital classroom
