Your task is to create an advertisement that is both informative and persuasive. • Group A—storyboard for a PPT • Group B—storyboard for a web page • Group C—storyboard for a Poster

  8. Standards Based Units of Instruction • Essential Questions for the unit are the same • i.e. What are the causes of heat? • What are the effects of the currents? • Assessments might vary for ability levels and learning styles • Weather reports, written reports, detailed maps

  9. Technology Based Learning Centers • PowerPoint • SmartBoard, CPS systems • Jeopardy, Millionaire, Hollywood Squares review sessions • Special needs students can be included vs excluded • Socialization skills—Inter or Intra Personal activities—team building
