    • ADS-C (OSD 4D-TRAD)
  • March 2010 – 2nd draft includes

Appendix 1: Data Link Flight Update Service (D-FLUP); due to lack of requirements definition

Item G in Chapter 2 refers to “…new standard backward compatible …FANS 1/A- ATN INTEROP Standard (DO305 / ED-154 )…”. The FANS 1/A – ATN INTEROP Standard (ED-154/DO-305) provides requirements for an ATN B1 ground system to provide ATS Datalink services to a FANS 1/A aircraft (not impacted by the scope of WG78/SC214 activities).
