D.A. Graham - Founder of DNA Consulting

Dr. D.A. Graham received the Chaplain of the Year award from the Military Chaplain Association for the United States Marine Corps. He is a certified facilitator for Development Dimensions International as well as a certified facilitator in nonviolent communications. Dr. Graham served as Founding President of the Alabama Student Society of Communication Arts. He is the proud parent of his daughter, Diedre, who graduated from the University of Alabama.

  2. Professional Facilitator and Trainer Dr. D.A. Graham is a professional facilitator and trainer. He has presented at conferences throughout the country and in other parts of the world as well. Dr. Graham is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management as well as the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). In all of his pursuits—both personal and professional—he seeks to elevate the voices of those who are unheard and underrepresented.

  3. Doctor of Philosophy Degree Dr. D.A. Graham served as a Navy Chaplain during the war in Iraq. He was also a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy Reserves for 11 years. Dr. Graham graduated from Capella University with his Doctor of Philosophy degree and previously attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a master’s degree in human relations. He has played an integral role in improving performance for many universities and organizations.

  4. Ordained Minister Dr. D.A. Graham, PHD, M.Div., MHR has served numerous universities and organizations—both for-profit and not-for-profit—intent on improving the performance of individuals and teams. He received his Doctor of Philosophy degree from Capella University and specializes in social justice and critical thinking. Dr. Graham is an ordained minister and served as a Navy chaplain for 5 years during the war in Iraq.

  5. Certified DiSC Behavior Style Facilitator Dr. D.A. Graham has served in the position of Ombuds for the University of Kansas, California State University at San Diego, and Princeton University. Dr. Graham is a member of the American Society for Training & Development and a Certified DiSC Behavior Style Facilitator.

  6. President of The Trenton Children’s Choir Dr. D.A. Graham served on the board and as president of the Trenton Children’s Choir for 6 years beginning in 2012. He is a graduate of the New Jersey FBI Citizens Academy, and in 2001 he received the Military Chaplain Association’s Chaplain of the Year Award for the U.S. Marine Corps. Dr. Graham is a member of the International Ombudsman Association (IOA).
