Care about the future • We are losing members, especially the 10-14 years old • Other associations experience the same • We have made all necessary organisational changes • ReD Associates make their entry • We need a view from the outside • What do they do? • How do we maintain the 10-14 years old? • Presentation of their results and debate

The Green Girl Guides has a future if we can offer the girls… • Seven insights  Three stratgies  Six concepts … unique, challenging and barrier-breaking experiences within a safe environment, which allow them to play and be children in a period of their life where the demands of adulthood and responsibility is approaching rapidly.

  9. ”There are different cultures in different guide groups just as there are in different communities. The traditions and values are different and they are not always easy to compare. It can be hard as a newcomer to get into the group if you are used to an other culture – do you understand? It can be a large cultural chock.” [Troop leader] ”The group of leader that we have today … Well none of us live in the city any more. But we still go to Copenhagen every Wednesday. I do not think that I would be a guider where I live. I am a guider because of our group and what we have together. We have been together for 20 years now and they are my best friends.” [Group leader]
