A “full-service” Entrepreneur’s Resource Network to support the development of fledgling entrepreneurs. That connects and leverages existing resources in the region, i.e., doesn’t compete with them. That establish web-based and multiple local “resource outlets” for ready access by entrepreneurs across the N. TX region. The “mature” NTXRCIC will help regional entrepreneurs to identify, assemble and facilitate access to supportive resources available from “Resource Partners” of the N TX RCIC, e.g., higher educational institutions, “business incubators”, law firms, established business/industry, etc. across the North Texas region and beyond. Some will be physically located in and supported by the local economic development corporations, it will provide the full support of and access to the resource base of the N TX RCIC including the Texas Emerging Technology Fund. The local Universities/College will help to provide the education necessary to foster new businesses.
