(A) Histogram overlays comparing IgG AECA binding to ECPs incubated with test serum untreated (short dash) or IgM depleted (long dash) via hypotonic dialysis. (B) Median fluorescence values and ratio to NCS for all sera tested. A positive ECXM was determined by a ratio to NCS of ≥ 1.3.
