Menu Group Activity Instructions • 1. Create a menu for 5 days using MyPlate Guidelines which includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 1 Snack for each day. • 2. All meals must be different, so none of the days will have the same Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Snack. • 3. 1 Day must be completely Vegan. This means no animal products. • 4. 1 Day must be Vegetarian. This means the only animal products you can use are dairy and eggs. • 5. Use handouts for food ideas in each food group. • 6. On the Paper Plate illustrate one of your meals following the MY Plate Guidelines 1/4 fruit, ¼ veggies, ¼ protein, ¼ grains.
