  9. Short Story • Create a brief story using Italy as your setting. Use the sense chart to give detailed descriptions of the setting. Make sure to use the facts learned from the previous lesson to help build your story. The story should have a theme that relates to what we learned about Italian culture and myth in the previous lesson. Make sure your story conforms to the elements of plot as well as includes meaningful dialogue and descriptive characters. The setting needs to be described to include ALL senses. This will help for the brochure assignment where you will need to create a pamphlet that convinces people to visit the country.
