MATSE II - Apr. 1990, one strategy for European air traffic control harmonisation and integration (EATCHIP);

MATSE III - Mar. 1992, one strategy for co-operation of air traffic control and airports (APATSI);

MATSE IV - Jun. 1994

- one European plan for convergence and implementation of air traffic management (ECIP/LCIP)

- use a concept for a uniform air traffic management system (EATMS)

- and design the needed institutional conditions for Europe
