The Weekend – Accommodation • You need to advise us what your intentions are: • Lynnsport - Camping in the grounds or sleeping in the Centre crèche. • The centre includes showers, toilets and changing rooms. • Kings Lynn Hotel – 4 rooms booked for both nights – individuals will have to pay for their own rooms • Given the early start we really need people there Friday night (especially Anna) • Pizza Express Friday night @ 8pm??

Logistics - Kit • Club Supplied • 3 stopwatches – 1 to stay at base • Food and Drink for runners support during race • First Aid Kit • Blackboard for maintaining information at base • Flashing light for support vehicle • Individually Supplied • Tents • Food & Drink for weekend • Fluorescent Vests for runners/ cyclists

Runners Packs • Maps • Stage details • List of mobile numbers • Detailed timing instructions • Key Rules • Stage Records. • Runners need to start thinking about the route, training for it, doing a reccy. • Runners should also think about a feeding strategy especially the early morning runners.
