  3. WHERE DID THE BATTLE TAKE PLACE? • The battle of Fort Sumter took place in Charleston, South Carolina.

  4. What was the significance of this battle? • The Union gave up after 32 hours of fighting and the Confederate flag was raised.

  6. How was this battle fought? They used Muskets and Cannons.
