The Catholic Epistles • Three of these are attributed to John • Mystical: God is Light (1 Jn 1:5-7) • Love one another and witness faithfully • Two from Peter • Remember your Baptism and be faithful, despite persecution and doubt • James • Prayer works! Persecution strengthens us; be hearers and doers! • Jude • faith is a body of doctrine handed down by a process of tradition
