Travelorderprocess • Employees at BIO must book theirwork-relatedflights via Carlson WagonlitTravels(CWT) • To book, youneed a CWT orderingaccount (personallogin and password) and thisyouget by sending the following info by email to Christina Lindeburg (clindeburg@bio.ku.dk) • Fullname in yourpassport • KU ID (e.g. vnx198) • Date of Birth • Mobile nr (private numberworks fine) • Yourworkplace = Department of Biology, Section for Bioinformatics • Thatyouwantaccess to book flights online • For booking, youneed to list the payingprojectnumberwhichthe responsiblesupervisor/groupleaderwill give you (=ensure the coverage of the payment) • Thus – you do notneed a creditcard to book the flight • Onceyoureceive a confirmationemail, youshould forward it to the responsiblesupervisor/groupleader • Read more about • Travelinsurance (in Danish only) • Travelexpensereimbursement • Advancepayment
