  2. It is a multifunctional tool constructed to meet grooving demands in the industry. • The equipment is designed to make axial groove in the material. • The holder is adapted with the bending radius of the groove to allow curved structure formation or grooving in curved style.

Characteristics • For Depths of Cut to 1”. • Major diameters starting from .787” • Groove widths 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm of size • Recessed pocket and raised edge for chip control • Inserts can also be used for parting and OD/ID grooving. • Geometries including lead angles, top rakes, chip breakers, clearance angles and custom forms can be provided on all THINBIT tooling. • Available in various sizes as per the requirement
