Curry Todd -Law Enforcement Issues

Curry Todd is a Republican lawmaker from Tennessee. He was first elected to the State House of Representatives in 1998. Curry Todd has received many awards during his years in office, including 2011 Legislator of the Year by the Tennessee Professional Firefighters Association, the FedEx Forum Legislator of the Year award in 2009, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Tennessee PTA, which he received in 2008.

  1. Curry Todd: Law Enforcement Issues Curry Todd is a longtime State lawmaker in Tennessee. He represents the ninety-fifth district in the State House of Representatives. Curry Todd is a member of the Republican party and has served on Tennessee's Business and Utilities Subcommittee. A former Memphis police officer, he has always been a strong advocate for law enforcement issues. He was elected by the Peace Officers Standard Training Commission to develop and implement police legislation with the Tennessee General Assembly.

  2. Curry Todd: 2011 Legislator of the Year Curry Toddis a Tennessee State lawmaker who was first elected to the State House of Representatives in 1998. He has served in the 101st through the 108th General Assemblies, and in 2011 was named Legislator of the Year by the Tennessee Professional Firefighters Associations. Before his election to the State House, Curry Todd, a former police officer, served as legislative liaison and lobbyist for the Tennessee Fraternal Order of Police from 1982 to 1987.

  3. Curry Todd: Conservative Republican Club Curry Todd was first elected to the Tennessee House of Representatives in 1998. He has served in the 101st through 108th General Assemblies. Curry Todd has served in the Shelby County Conservative Republican Club and the East Shelby County Republican Club, among others. He graduated from the University of Memphis, is a former Memphis Police Officer, and is a member of the National Rifle Association.

  4. Curry Todd: Mr. Treadwell Curry Todd is a veteran of the Tennessee State House of Representatives, which he has served faithfully since 1998. He is a Tennessee native who attended Treadwell High School in Memphis, where he was voted Mr. Treadwell and was an outstanding basketball player, good enough to have his jersey retired when his playing days were over. Curry Todd received 188 scholarship offers and accepted one from the University of Memphis. He averaged thirty points per game his senior year.
