The current position of CEIAG

Careers Guidance moves to the National Careers Service - merging the roles of Connexions, Connexions Direct and Next Steps by April 2012.

Schools will have greater freedom and autonomy on how CEIAG is delivered in their school but have a duty to provide independent careers guidance.

Colleges responsibility will remain the same
