  5. I am short and I grow like a carpet on the ground. Can you guess my adaptation? I am very tall and have long spikes.

  6. Yo Yo you’re right!!!!!!! • This plant can grow in wet or dry areas, clay, sand, & shallow soil. • Each of these plants has either male or female flowers. This plant grows close together for pollination. • This plant makes a poison in the growing season to keep insects away. • The root systems are shallow because the permafrost prevents the plant from growing deeply.
