  1. Getting the most out of your Premier Experience Please turn on your sound!

  2. Logging in. NOTE:Turn on your sound.

  3. Enter your E-mail address & password

  4. Select your page (if you have more than one)

  5. Your page is loading

  6. Your landing page:- Buying a standard machine

  7. Your shopping basket.

  8. Adding a kit part (non system or ink) Use the search field on the left to quickly find the parts you require. If you require an upgrade part type the name of the machine the part is for. You can then drill down using the Product category filters under the search window.

  9. Save your basket as an E-quote

  10. Saving your details with your quote The system will remember your contact details so all you have to do is give your quote a name and description

  11. Send a copy to an authorised buyer We can set up your page so that all authorised buyers details are available from a drop down menu. When the quote is saved a copy will then be sent to the selected person if required. Once you have completed the form click “continue”

  12. E-Quote summary page

  13. A copy will also be e-mailed to you From: DellOnlineSales@Dell.com Subject: Dell Inc - Saved Quote Information 100XXXXXXXXXXXXX

  14. Including a full breakdown of the quote content.

  15. The authorised buyer can then retrieve the E-quote E-quotes can then either be reviewed by clicking on the e-quote number or you can proceed to the checkout

  17. Checkout:- Complete your Shipping instructions

  18. Checkout:- Decide on your payment method NB/ Not all methods need to be available. We can restrict methods at an individual level

  19. Checkout:- Enter your payment details

  20. Review and submit your order • You are then provided with a complete break down of your order: • Shipping details • Billing details • Component break down Once you have reviewed your order click “Submit Order” which will send your order direct to the factory.

  22. Reporting Centre • Once you have placed your order you will probably want to track it. • We currently have 5 reports available via Premier Pages • System Order Status Report • Asset Register Report • Shipment Summary Reports by • Brand • PO number • Shipping Address

  23. Having selected the Order Status Report

  24. Available information Link through to the carriers website to view the exact progress of your delivery. Link through to a downloadable packing slip.

  26. Export the report to Excel. Where you can manipulate the data as you choose.
