Project Management Definition and ConceptWHAT IS PROJECT LIFE CYCLE ?

A process of collecting decision requirements for the stakeholders of project phases for the purpose of determining the control needs. Examples are:

Phase 1: Determine Need and Feasibility—culminates in a formal approval of the project concept or a “go or no go” decision

Phase 2: Create Project Plan—Getting the project plan approved by sponsors before work begin.

Phase 3: Create Product Specifications—obtaining approval of the specifications from sponsors and stakeholders.

1.基本資料的正確性要求

2.按照「PMS業務階段分類辦法原則 」 之要求, 完成各階段基本工作及資料蒐集要求。

3.無正式案號嚴格禁止派遣支援人力。

4.Call Report中的Call Report summary應簡潔切題,勿談論無關的事項。

5.主管之意見除系統回應外, 若無法充分指示, 應與當事人直接聯絡,若有相關人員,應轉發該Call Report給其他有關人員了解或協助。
