Ingredients Yellow cornmeal 3 eggs flour Veg. oil salt 2 cups of milk Baking powder Baking soda sugar
Steps… Turn the oven at 450 degrees F In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of yellow cornmeal, 2 teaspoons of flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 2 teaspoons of sugar.
Steps… Then get a 10- inch iron skillet and put it in the oven. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, 2 cups of milk, and combine it with the other bowl.( This will be the batter.)
Steps… Carefully, with heavy oven mitts, lift the skillet out of the oven and coat it with veg. Oil. Pour the batter on the skillet and put it back in the oven.
Last step… Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Then take out and let it cool for five minutes. Enjoy! Ps. I am sorry if I made you hungry!
