  5. The Cornerstone Housing for Women is a facility in Ottawa that offers housing option with a well supervised, secure, and healthy environment for homeless women. This four-storey multi-unit sustainable residential building is comprised of communal amenity spaces, administrative spaces, and 42 studio apartment units. The project was designed based on the three pillars of sustainability such as societal, environmental, and economical. It was designed and constructed with strictly low-VOC products as well with locally sourced, highly sustainable, and exquisitely durable materials.

After the previous building was damaged by a fire in 2013, Ottawa Community Housing has worked hand in hand with CSV to reuse the existing and undamaged footings and basement walls and to come up with a 16 units replacement building. The new building, known as 211 Lees Avenue, aims to provide affordable, healthy, and comfortable residential units with lower operation and maintenance costs.

  9. 174 Glebe Avenue is a four-storey concrete Art Deco inspired luxury condominium. It is situated in a low-rise, medium-high density neighborhood between Lyon and Percy. The project was designed with wide open suite spaces, underground parking garage, expansive glazing, high ceilings, ample patio space, and thick walls between units. This luxurious residential building offers comfortable and high-quality living.

  10. Salus Clementine Location: 1490 Clementine Blvd, Ottawa, ON K1H 8E9

  11. Salus Clementine is a four-storey residential building in Ottawa with 42 single-occupancy units. This highly efficient building provides support services and housing to men and women with severe psychiatric illness. Salus Clementine was specially designed to lower down up to 66% energy consumption and to reduce operational and maintenance costs while still offering sustainably-built environments that offer healthy space to reside, work and play. It is situated in an established inner suburb of Ottawa, just nearby the local shopping center and public transport.
