  3. WHY INVEST IN MACDONALD MINES? QUICK TO PRODUCTION Near-term precious metals exploitation of oxide sands at the Wawa-Holdsworth project will provide cash flow Potential for a large gold system at the Wawa-Holdsworth project District player in the Wawa gold camp

  4. CAPITAL STRUCTURE

  5. IMPORTANT DISTRICT PLAYER • in the Wawa Gold Camp – excellent jurisdiction in ontario, canada

  6. WAWA-HOLDSWORTH LAND PACKAGE • 100% ownership • 1142 acres • 20 km NE of Wawa, Ontario, in Corbiere and EsquegaTownships • Close to key infrastructure (rail, road, power, qualified workforce) • Easily accessed by public road and short ATV ride

  7. PROPERTY GEOLOGY • All the geological attributes to host a large gold system – 500 m deformation corridor to trap gold (Iron formation, mafic volcanic rocks, gabbroic intrusions) 500m-wide Deformation Corridor

  8. HOLDSWORTH GOLD ZONES • Three styles of gold mineralization within the 500 m-wide deformation corridor Auriferous and pyritized Algoma-type Iron Formation And Oxide Sands Zones Soocana Vein System (Lode gold) Golden Goose Shear Zone (Lode gold – BMK discovery) Pyritized Algoma-type Iron Formation with possible Oxide Sands Zones

  9. HOLDSWORTH GOLD ZONES OXIDE SANDS • Primary gold, silver and other precious metals target for near term production • Believed to represent the oxidized cap of a precious metals-rich shear zone • Likely extend 1.8 km along strike and to a depth of 8 m as indicated by MaxMinSurvey (July 6, 2017 News Release)

  10. OXIDE SANDS • Trenching uncovered high-grade precious metals zones - assays up to 8.93 g/t AuEq • Sonic drilling program completed to quantify the thickness and vertical distribution of the precious metals – Preliminary assays up to 7.82g/t gold over 3.23 m Overburden Oxide Sands

  11. OXIDE SANDS PROCESSING • Loose, unconsolidated material can be extracted as an aggregate • Positive preliminary metallurgical results: • The concentration ratio of gold in rougher flotation averaged 6.0:1 • The concentration ratio of silver in rougher flotation averaged 5.2:1 • Reduction of feed volume in rougher flotation by approximately 85-90% • The Oxide Sands can be processed by a simple crushing/flotation process • No caustic treatments are necessary • The processing will require low power requirements • The waste material is inert (>70 percent silica/quartz)

  12. HOLDSWORTH GOLD ZONES AURIFEROUS AND PYRITE-RICH ALGOMA-TYPE IRON FORMATION • Underlie the Oxide Sands • Believed to be the source of the Oxide Sands • Gold Potential as evidenced by historic drilling: Algoma-type Iron Formation

  13. HOLDSWORTH GOLD ZONES LODE GOLD MINERALIZATION • Golden Goose Discovery • Grab samples contain 11.85 g/t and 2.98 g/t gold* • SoocanaVein System • Grab sample from quartz-tourmaline vein contains 34.9 g/t gold* *Grab samples are selective and may not represent the true mineralization of the prospect

  14. REedBooth Showing • Adjacent to showing, collected grab sample* contains 13.7 g/t gold • Grab samples* containing 4.77 g/t and 6.0 g/t gold collected from float at the main Reed-Booth showing *Grab samples are selective and may not represent the true mineralization of the prospect

  15. UPCOMING CATALYSTS REMAINING SONIC DRILLING ASSAYS PENDING 43-101 INFERRED RESOURCE ESTIMATION OF OXIDE SANDS WILL BE INITIATED ONCE ALL RESULTS ARE RECEIVED

  16. WHY INVEST IN MACDONALD MINES? • The Company’s near-term exploration program is focused on the Oxide Sands • The Wawa-Holdsworth Project has the potential to host a large gold system: • Many gold showings with diversified mineralization styles occur in a 500 metre-wide deformation corridor • The geological setting and size of the deformation zone is comparable to Alamos’ Island Gold deposit and Argonaut’s Magino deposit (together > 5 million ounces gold) • There is longer term potential associated with the lode gold mineralization on the property The Project is ideally positioned for exploitation - roads, rail, regional airport, high voltage power lines, and water are in close proximity MacDonald Mines has the technical expertise, experience and tools to successfully develop the property
