  2. Why Pressure Measuring Matters Regular monitoring of pressure in compressed air and gas systems is essential to reduce the nominal pressure. This helps in reducing both power consumption and leakage losses and can increase the compressor's service life for long-term use. The CS Instruments Pressure Sensors are ideal for monitoring important key figures and realizing the associated savings potential.

Key features of Our Pressure Sensors: • Monitors line pressure in compressed air and gas systems and helps to reduce energy consumption. • Offers a range of (differential) pressure sensors specially designed to monitor and detect overpressure quickly and accurately. • Power savings in the range of 6 - 8% can be achieved by reducing the nominal pressure by 1 bar.

  5. Differential Pressure Sensors Differential Pressure Probe: Our differential pressure probe measures and monitors the filter performance of the compressed air system. It is a small and easy-to-install device that helps to maintain the required compressed air quality at all times. • Enables the filter elements to be replaced in good time and prevents pressure drops (energy loss) • The filter elements should be replaced at the latest at a differential pressure of > 350 mbar (activated carbon filters are excluded).
