Requirements • Web-Based interface provides results to subscribed users: • Web based interactive dashboards • Scheduled summary reports by email • PDF generation and scheduled email attachments • Software must collate data from ANPR database we point it to. • To provide answers to many various questions: • Who are our visitors? • Where do they come from? • How long do they stay? • Who are my repeat visitors? • What classes / types of visitors do we have?

  3. Who are our Visitors? ANPR Data and License Plate analysis will be used to extract various data points: Date and Time of each visit Time band and duration of each visit Repeat / New Visitor License plate itself points to vehicle location (heuristic location analysis) More precise location check can be made at an additional charge per plate lookup (this will need to be linked with Experian or other database) Segmentation of visitors according to type

Who are my repeat visitors? 67% : 33% Ratio of New vs. Repeat Visitors Three month period repeat visitor statistics: Some repeat visitors (2%) Come back more than 21 times Most repeat visitors (80%) Come back 2 to 4 times Some repeat visitors (4%) Come back 10 to 19 times Almost all repeat visitors (> 90%) Come back up to 9 times

  10. What types of visitors do we have? Average age of car registration: most visitors during sample period have cars registered between 1 September 2007 to 29 February 2008 Followed by 1 March 2007 to 31 August 2007 period Third place: cars registered after 1 September 2009

Goal Setting Goal settings and statistics can be produced automatically every day based on needs Examples of what can be setup (in increasing level of complexity): How many New Visitors stay more than 2 hours ? How many Repeat Visitors stay more than 1 hour during 18:00-00:00 ? How many New Visitors from Glasgow stay more than 2 hours during 08:00-18:00 ?
