Case for Support Typically includes: - What the organisation is and what it does - Why it exists/what problem it seeks to solve – the need - What it is that’s distinctive about you – history, credibility, past achievements - What you’re trying to achieve/specific objectives – what difference do you want to see - Sustainability plan - How a funder/partner can help and what’s in it for them Neighbourhood Watch Network | Reg. in England, covering England & Wales | CIO No: 1173349

Communications • Remember: practically everything you do will be interesting to the local paper • Get a contact, email them regularly about projects you're working on or good news stories • Remember to include the 5W’s-: Who, What, Where, When and Why • Spread the word on local social media  (NW-owned as well as community forums)  • Think of local partners – who can help amplify your message?
