  1. Jet Vacuum System Steam jet ejectors provide an easy, reliable, cheap way to produce jet vacuum system. They’re particularly effective in the chemical industry wherever an on-site supply of the high-pressure motive gas is accessible. Ejectors are considered an alternate to mechanical vacuum pumps for variety of reasons:  No supply of power is needed aside from the motive gas;  Because they have no moving elements, they're reliable vacuum producers;  They are simple to install, operate and maintain. Ejector Design Very simply, an ejector is a pumping device. It has no moving parts. Instead, it uses a fluid or gas as a motive force. Very often, the motive fluid is steam and the device is called a steam jet ejector. Basic ejector components are the steam chest, nozzle, suction, throat, diffuser and they discharge. Vacuum Systems Products Compressed air driven vacuum ejector Air ejectors are used to handle continuous process loads at vacuum in the industry. The higher reliability and maintenance free operation ensures that the ejectors are always up and running in the process. An excellent ability to generate and hold vacuum ensures exact operating conditions for the process. Air being chemically inert doesn’t react with the process media and ensures non- contamination and also eliminates the risks of explosion or any other hazards. Process Gas Ejectors Ejectors can be designed to work with any gas or vapour as its motive energy source. Such Ejectors can be used for drawing Vacuum as well as to work as Compressors in the above atmospheric pressure range. Running an ejector with available high pressure vapour/gas helps to eliminate the costs required for creating a separate infrastructure for the Ejector motive fluid source such as Air or Steam. Contamination of the process media can be avoided by using the same media under high pressure as the motive energy source.

  2. Gas Jet Ventilators Gas jet ventilators are devices based on the jet venturi principle which are used to produce large suction flows at low vacuum levels in vacuum systems. Suction flows in multiples of the motive flow can be obtained in gas jet ventilators. Ventilators modules can be installed in existing gas passages / ducts if adequate area ducts are available. This arrangement also results in significant cost reduction Gas Jet Ventilators are also not vulnerable to surges in back pressure and can instantly return to the working range on correcting the backpressure. This being a static device the reliability and maintenance free working makes it an interesting alternative to blowers. Gas jet Solid Ejectors Gas jet Solids Ejectors are based on the Jet Venturi principle and utilize energy of high velocity gas jets for Solid Conveying. The conveyed Solids can be of any form ranging from granules, particles or powders. Compressed Air is used as the motive medium in most of the applications though other gases can also be used. Ejectors do not have moving parts and hence provide a reliable alternative to mechanical conveying devices. Our Gas Solids Ejector are suitable for conveying of charcoal, lime, fly ash, rock powder, activated carbon powder, granulated salt, sand, sawdust, soda ash, dry sodium nitrate, powdered sulphur and many other materials. Liquid Jet Gas Ejectors Liquid Jet Gas Ejectors are based on the Jet Venturi principle and utilize high velocity liquid jet to entrain gases/vapours and compress them to the required discharge pressures. The maximum attainable vacuum is dependent on the vapour pressure of the Motive liquid while the maximum possible discharge pressure is dependent on the Pressure of Motive Liquid. We supply Liquid Jet Gas Ejectors for both jet vacuum systems and above atmospheric gas compression applications. Liquid Jet Liquid Ejectors Liquid Jet Liquid Ejectors or Water Jet Ejectors are based on the Jet Venturi principle and utilize high velocity liquid jets to suck liquid and pump it to the required discharge pressures. The maximum attainable vacuum is dependent on the vapour pressure of the Motive liquid while the maximum possible discharge pressure is dependent on the Pressure of Motive Liquid. Our Liquid Jet Liquid Ejectors are used to suck liquids under vacuum and also to pump liquid to higher than atmospheric pressures. Liquid Jet Solids Ejector Ejectors do not have moving parts and hence do not need dynamic seals. This eliminates problems due to seal failure and leakage. The Liquid jet Solids Ejector provides a reliable alternative to mechanical pumps. The smooth internal passages allow the solid-liquid mixture to flow evenly preventing clogging. In case of clogging of the discharge network the ejector can temporarily raise its discharge pressure and push the clogging material out of the network.

  3. Atmospheric Air ejector- Liquid ring pump combination systems The maximum obtainable vacuum by a Liquid ring vacuum pump is dependent on the temperature and vapour pressure of the sealing fluid. For LRVPs operating with water which is commonly used as the sealing fluid, a water inlet temperature of 30 deg C can facilitate a minimum suction pressure of around 50 mmHg while a water inlet temperature of around 15 deg C can facilitate a minimum suction pressure of 30 mmHg. To obtain further deeper vacuum, an Atmospheric air ejector can be installed before the LRVP. The atmospheric air ejector uses air from atmosphere to boost the suction media upto vacuum levels manageable by LRVPs. An Atmospheric air ejector-LRVP combination system can be effectively used to obtain vacuum upto 5 torr(abs) or 6 mbar(abs). Atmospheric air ejectors use freely available air from atmosphere as their energy source which eliminates any need for gas supply systems or compressors. Combination systems need a higher capacity vacuum pump in order to accommodate the atmospheric air along with the suction media. We supply entire package comprising of atmospheric jet vacuum system ejectors backed up by a Liquid ring vacuum pump and can also supply a standalone atmospheric air ejector for supplementing an existing Liquid ring vacuum pump to enhance the obtainable vacuum.
