  3. CLUB AND DIVISION CERTIFICATES The Member Recognition Committee has created club-level and division-level certificates as a form of more personal recognition for clubs and divisions to employ. Clubs are encouraged to use these certificates at club meetings to recognize members who have had a positive effect on the club. These should be presented by the Club President and/or Advisor. Divisions are encouraged to use the Division-level certificates at Divisional Council Meetings (DCMs) to recognize members and clubs that have stood out over the past month.
