  3. Charter Statement We are going to build a system to manage all end of term grades for the Faculty of Engineering electronically. The system will allow faculty members to enter their grades themselves. It will organize and create presentations for promotions meetings, classifying students according to promotion category automatically. It will produce lists of students whose file should be pulled, record final promotion decisions and transfer finalised records to the registrar's grade system. The system should be paperless.
