  1. Where can I get premium themes for free? Premium Themes come with a cost for a reason. If you are getting one for free then most often it is copied from a person trying to distribute it with potentially malicious code. I would never recommend going this route as it could destroy your website. When I had started my Word Press development agency, we were naive enough to use free themes and plugins. Developers Licensed Premium Themes Some theme shops will sell what they call a Developers License or Master License for their theme which allows a developer to use the theme on a client's website. Typically it is not supposed to be resold as just a download but is meant for developers to use on a certain or unlimited number of websites. You might be able to find a person that is selling one type of service and might throw in a free theme setup that uses that theme. In this case it's ok as long as the theme has not been altered and receives the updates from the original theme developer.
