Exploring New Services • Wireless Library network • Instant Messaging (IM) to reference desk only • Text messaging • Offsite to look at where we are, where we are going, and how to get there • Multipurpose room for customers • Consult with Librarians • Meet with colleagues • Quiet place to study outside their office
