  6. 构建&使用模式 • 构建 • 任何教育团体只要愿意提供一台上网的服务器和大于五十个小时的教学视频均可加入“大学堂”。 • 教师根据自愿原则提供课程资源，并有权要求卸载或更新 • “大学堂”采用的的激励机制将保证贡献越大的教育团体的相关用户享受更好的服务质量。 • “大学堂”资源的发布采用半开放的方式，各个成员单位自发上载资源，但这些资源只有得到了运行管理单位的批准才能够被用户访问。北京大学网络实验室拥有“批准权”并可以采用协议的方式委托成员单位行使批准权。 • 三类用户角色 • 普通的用户 • 文件服务器管理：成员单位 • 转发服务器管理：子区管理

  7. 技术特色 • Various classic Distributed Computing Technologies harmoniously integrated into one single system • Fully replication of Directory; On demand replication of Video file in Pipe-line; Delegation(Partition)similar to DNS-Scalability & autonomy; Group communication implemented based on Reliable asynchronous Messaging to maintain a single image of available video files; Server Selection&Load balance. Dynamic reconfiguration • A full fledged FTP Interface(Upload, Delete, ls ….)is provided • System consists of benevolent member nodes, different to P2P.
