If you are a non-EEA/EU/Swiss citizen, you need to get a student visa at a Polish embassy/consulate. After arriving in the country, you need to apply for a temporary residence permit to extend your stay by preferably 45 days. If you are an EEA/EU/Swiss citizen, you don’t need a student visa to study in the country. You only need to register your stay in the country.
