Dubai Transit Visa: This is used when you are actually flying to another country via Dubai. And you need to stay in Dubai for a few days in transit. This is available for 2 periods: • 48-hour transit visa • 96-hour transit visa • Service • This enables you to stay in the country for a 14-day period. This is used for traveling or business purposes.
Dubai Tourist Visa: This enables individuals to visit Dubai and other Emirates for a maximum of 30 days. Two types of a Tourist visa are available: • Single-Entry Tourist Visa • Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa • Dubai Long-Term Tourist Visa: These enable people to stay in the country for up to 90 days. Based on the number of entries to the state, it is of the following two types: • Long-Term Single-Entry Tourist Visa • Long-Term Multiple-Entry Visit Visa
According to the Dubai Embassy, the following are the documents needed for an Indian to apply for a visa. Although, there may be additional documents needed depending on the kind of visa you are applying for. • A valid Passport- valid for a period of a minimum of 6 months from the date you arrive in UAE. • Colour copies of the bio page on your passport as well as the last page • Confirmed flight tickets completing a round trip • 1 recent colored photo that meets the necessary requirements • Proof of employment
The photo should be 35*45mm in size • It should be recently taken • You should be looking directly toward the camera • Your eyes should be open and facing straight at the camera • The background should be plain white • The headgear is allowed for religious purposes • Only prescription allowed eye-wear can be used • You should have a neutral facial expression
