  1. Countryside Montessori Encourage a Love of Learning Preschool has become an increasingly more important element of a child's education. In preschool, children are able to learn valuable knowledge and skills that set them up for success in elementary school. When it comes to choosing a school for their children to attend for preschool, many parents have a difficult time. They want to make sure they choose the right program for their children, setting them on the right path for a great education. When choosing a preschool in Northbrook, every parent should seriously consider a Countryside Montessori Academy in Northbrook. The Montessori Method Unlike the methods used in the traditional public school setting, Montessori School Program offer students more freedom to learn and explore, making the Montessori method one that many parents prefer for their children. In a Montessori classroom, teachers don't stand at the head of the class and tell students what they should be working on when. Rather, they move through the

  2. classroom as students work on activities and projects, offering guidance and information as needed to help students learn and grow. This shift in dynamics offers a more encouraging environment for students, and really allows them to focus on the subjects they love and have a desire to learn more about. Children Gain Important Social Skills For many children, preschool is their first experience with social interaction outside of the Curriculum Pre K Kindergarten -arranged play dates they've had with their parents and other children in the past. In preschool, students are exposed to a variety of children they may never have had contact with otherwise. This interaction is important in helping children adapt and make new friends. In a Montessori preschool, children are encouraged to work together more than in a traditional public School Accreditations. A set of classroom rules is laid out, and each child is responsible to abide by these rules. Since the teacher in a Montessori classroom hangs back and lets students navigate through subjects on their own, students learn from a very early age to rely on each other for help. This teamwork enables older students in the classroom to mentor younger students, and for younger students to interact with their older peers. This interaction helps these children develop social skills that are far more advanced than the ones developed by other students their age participating in public school. Developing a Love of Learning Since students at a Montessori preschool are allowed to work through activities Like Montessori Philosophy Of Education and projects of their choosing at a pace that feels comfortable for them, they have the opportunity to focus their learning on the subjects that they are the most interested in. Students are not rushed through their studies or forced to spend a lot of time on the topics they find less appealing. This environment encourages students to develop a love of learning and a desire to gain knowledge, especially in the specific topics they are most interested in.
