What can you expect from your BTEC teacher?. Professionalism – We will treat you as apprentices and will respect you as colleagues do in the workplace. Creativity – We will support you with your ideas and will support you in achieving your designs.

What can you expect from your BTEC teacher? • Professionalism – We will treat you as apprentices and will respect you as colleagues do in the workplace. • Creativity – We will support you with your ideas and will support you in achieving your designs. • Meeting Deadlines – We will inform you of deadlines and will remind you when they are due. • Independent work – We will set appropriate homework that will help you achieve a high standard of work. We will work with you during tutorials to both come to an agreement of tasks that are relevant to your project.
Our expectations of a Year 11 BTEC student. • Professionalism – we are teaching you how to be a designer. We expect you to act like one. • Creativity – There are no limits with the variety of methods you can use to create exciting work. • Meeting Deadlines – Meeting deadlines is essential for achieving. You will not pass units if they are handed in late. • Independent work – Research, drawings, practical work… all work that you do in your own time is essential for your achievement.

Homework • Create a moodboard of images that show SCULPTURE made using RECYCLED MATERIALS. • Include the artists names and title of the work. • This homework should be in colour and should include at least 10 – 15 images. • Remember to look at www.ricardslodgeart.weebly.com or links and tips.
