Our mission The SBCEO PASC mission is to prepare candidates to become educational leaders who transform California’s schools into high performing learning organizations that focus on bringing all students to and beyond expectations of proficiency through rigorous, results-based, relevant learning experiences.

Earning the Tier I Credential • Certificate of Eligibility • Applied for at the end of the program • Certifies credential program completed • No expiration or time limit • Tier I Credential • Applied for when first administrative job is obtained by the end of the program • Time limit of 5 years to earn Tier II
