  2. Description of bit-search.com

  3. BIT-SEARCH.COM is a fishing website which generates constant pop-up ads on the web browser. BIT-SEARCH.COM has been identified as a very hazardous browser hijacker virus, which is usually used by cyber criminals to perform malicious activities. The pesky pop-up malware aims to advertise its products and services so as to gather illegal profit.

  4. Once it gets inside your workstation, BIT-SEARCH.COM is able to pop up to block your browser. It will try hard to carry out malicious actions once finishing the infiltration through unverified free shares and spam email attachments. And it may alter some system settings without your notice, through which BIT-SEARCH.COM is capable of launching by itself when you start up the workstation.

  5. The pesky program often makes changes to important system settings such as boot-up setting, registry keys, desktop settings, DNS settings and browser add-ons without asking for any permission. Moreover, this nasty virus will drop many other viruses to increase the speed of damaging the whole system. Then BIT-SEARCH.COM pop-up activates automatically in the background each time the machine launches.

  6. What’s more, BIT-SEARCH.COM even forces you to download unwanted programs and that program will consume lots of system resources. Besides, it takes up high system resources and slows down the whole PC performance seriously. As a result, the workstation will run much slower than before.

  7. It attacks Chrome, IE and Firefox and causes a lot of chaos. Basically, if you don’t want to get infected by BIT-SEARCH.COM, you should be more careful when you install some free software from malicious websites. The malware could redirect your home page to unknown domains at times. That’s because this hijacker virus often can install automatically when you install those unsafe programs.

  8. It appears on the screen from time to time to show you fake messages asking you to download Flash Player, Media Player or Java Updates. So you are not supposed to download any suspicious programs from the Internet. These windows are not real but can lead you to unpredictable dangers. By the way, if the machine is infected by this virus, you will be annoyed by millions of pop-up ads, which pop up every now and then surfing online.
