  1. Christmas Festival • A unique Christmas Experience set in the beautiful surroundings of St. Anne's Park, Clontarf, which recently hosted over 70,000 people from around the country attending the Clontarf Viking Festival. • This is the first Christmas Festival of it’s kind on the Northside of the city. • OPENING TIMES: • Every weekend Fri 2pm to 8pm & Sat/Sun from 10am to 8pm. • Open for 5days from the weekend of the 19thDecto the 23rd of Dec from 10am to 8pm. • We will re-open on the 26th of Dec to the4th of Jan, from 10am to 8pm

  2. Concessions • We will be supplying two types of stalls for traders to rent: • Traditional Wooden Chalets 3M X 2.5M • & 3X3M  Floored Marquees • 2014 RATE CARD • Arts & Crafts 17 days trading €1100 • Snacks 27 Days €1800 • Hot Food 27 days €2700 • All prices are plus vat and are based on a 3 X 3 meter pitch with one 16amp socket provided. • If you require additional sockets or a larger pitch please contact us on info@alamarketsandevents.ie

  3. Concessions There will be two areas for traders, one area for the crafts and the other for hot food and snacks. The craft traders will trade from the 21st of Nov to the 23rd of Dec ( total of 17 days ) The hot food & snack traders will trade from the 21st of Nov 2014 to the 4th of Jan 2015 ( total of 27 days ) Upon receiving an expression of interest, you will be supplied with a site map of your market area.

  4. SANTA’S GROTTO & LIVE CRIB • A live crib with several animals including a miniature donkey and a lama. • Write your letter to Santa • A hot chocolate or mulled wine • Meet Rudolph and Dasher, two of Santa's reindeer • A fifty minute guided tour around Santa's magical world • A high quality 7X5 colour photo for each child • A great gift for each child from Santa • The family ride on the north pole express around the park.

  5. FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES • Santa's Grotto • Festive Train • Live Crib • Circus • Snow Globe • Carol Singing • Vintage Amusements • Traditional Wooden Chalet • Ice Slide • Children's (indoor) Inflatable Play Area • Bumper Cars • Gourmet Festive Food • Arts & Crafts.

  6. MARKETING PLAN • We will be initiating a full and comprehensive Marketing plan starting on (Oct 10th 2014) • It will include: • A full TV marketing campaign with TV3 • Radio advertising • Social media • AD mobile • Outside broadcast by TV3 • Local Signage • Full page ad in the School Primary Times.

  7. GETTING THERE.. • St. Anne's Park is accessible from all modes of public transport: • Free Parking ( limited spaces ) • Local Dart Station • Accessible by several bus routes. • Bus routes to the local area are 29A ,31A, • 31B, 32, 130.
