  1. How to Get Consent from the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board – Process & Documents What Are CTE and CTO Certificates? CTE (Consent to Establish): Before the building or installation of any industrial unit or project, this is the first environmental permit needed. CTO (Consent to Operate): Before starting activities, the unit has to get this certificate when the infrastructure is configured. A CTO pollution certificate, as it is often known, certifies that the unit conforms to pollution control regulations. Both certifications, which are required for projects classified as Red, Orange, or Green based on their risk for pollution, are granted by the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board. Final Thought Getting your CTE and CTO certifications from the Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board demonstrates a commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices, not merely a legal requirement. Although the procedure has been made simpler by the online system, attention must be taken with paperwork, environmental standards, and inspections. Seeking professional help for paperwork, classification, and regulatory compliance is advised to prevent delays, fines, or denial of your CTO pollution certificate.
