In fact, the government of India has recently introduced a series of new tax incentives to encourage more foreign investment. If you want to start a business in India, there are many investment opportunities waiting for you. As a foreign investor, you will have to follow certain rules and meet the required criteria. In all cases, it is highly recommended that you hire a professional tax advisor or corporate lawyer to assist you with the associated procedures.
