Developing the Action Plan • Issues & suggested solutions given in Report from February meeting were reviewed by WDF team. • Specific actions, priority and realistic timing were identified for each solution. • High=quick win and/or large impact on success of system • Low=restricted impact and/or significant development cost

  3. Proposals not currently accepted • Statutory return for WCAs • Requires legislative change. For future LATS review. • Auto upload of data • Limited feasibility & sig. dev cost. Review Sept. • Bring deadline forward for WCAs • Unfair and impractical for WCAs • Regional groupings for benchmarking reports • IT cost being assessed. • Question management options • Risk that applicable question set changes over time. • Monthly reporting • Sig cost; review as part of development of optimal reporting functionality

Actions in progress • BVPIs • Definitions of analytical reports being compiled • Provision of excel core data set (circulated for comments 25/5) • London pilot of on-line discussion forum • Removal of Q23 destinations (timing tbc) • New question on number of bring sites (2006/7) • Review of on-line help (today)

  6. Actions to be done… • ‘Good practice’ guidance needs (today) • Further develop summary sheet • Update destination lists (in progress) • Q21 monthly roll-up being resolved • Implementation of on-line help text revision
