Beverly Chavez’ Background • President of StixonLabels and New Mexico Plastics • 1968 - Father, Robert Chavez, owned National Distributors; sold in 1985 • 1984 - Began working in the label business • 1991 - Father helped Beverly and her three sisters start Stixon Labels • Chavez family is very passionate for the label business • All sisters are very active in the business • Chavez sisters have much success and have won many awards within the industry and their community

Stixon Labels • Members of Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI) • Beverly’s sister, Julie Chavez, served on the Board of Directors for TLMI for 3-1/2 years • Three consecutive years - TLMI awarded Stixon Labels with the ‘Eugene Singer Award’ • Award recognizes excellence in business management as measured by defined business ratios calculated through the TLMI Management Ratio Study • Seven years - Recognized as one of the Top 25 Women Owned Businesses in the State of New Mexico • Specializing in Prime Labeling with Food and Beverage being largest market
