  4. What does it mean for the APNTS board of trustees to “govern diligently?”

  5. WORKING DEFINITION: • Governing board • an elected body that oversees the ministry and mission of a local church or ministry organization between annual membership meetings.

  6. WORKING DEFINITION: • A governing board is guided by the Church Manual and/or ministry organization Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
