  2. QUALITY CHARTER FOR COMPANIES IN THE EU-Move2 Network The minimum quality standards are: The company offers a safe and relevant training environment. The company will provide an induction, including health & safety rules and work related regulation and national/regional and local customs. The company will provide a stimulating working environment, taking into consideration level of the learner: intercultural competences, years of training and work experience. The company will provide a mentor who will be adequately resourced to support the learner. The mentor is professionally skilled and has good technical knowledge, pedagogical expertise and sufficient experience to train and coach the learner (see detailed mentor competence profile). The company will provide, in agreement with the training centre, a training plan (which includes induction, training path and evaluation) The company agrees that general company information can be made public on the EU-Move2 portal. The company agrees to keep this information up to date. The company has internet access.
