  3. What Decisions Must be Made? 100 lb. Overfishing Limit (OFL) Allowable Biological Catch (ABC) *25% 75 lb. Annual Catch Limit (ACL) 75 lb. 20 % Annual Catch Target (ACT) 60 lb. 25% is based on guidance from Restrepo et al., 1995 and the model of the Pacific Fishery Management Council

  4. Example: AngelfishSt. Croix OFL 1,514 lb. 25% ABC 1,136 lb. ACL 1,136 lb. 20% ACT 908 lb.

  5. Example: AngelfishSt. Thomas OFL 11,807 lb. 25% ABC 8,855 lb. ACL 8,855 lb. 20% OFL 7,084 lb. + 908 lb. 7,992 lb. SFA Amendment quota = 8,000 lb.
