  3. PSN is becoming a reality • MPRG review completed in Nov 2010. Programme seen as being able to deliver benefits and will continue • ‘Early Delivery’ projects underway – there are currently three phases mapped out • Hampshire & Kent deliveries will create initial ‘GCN’ and DNSP – testing happening now. • Connection to the Government Secure intranet (GSi), to allow parallel running during transition, by Q2 2011. • Other Customers and supplier connections introduced from Q2 2011. • PSNA operational, Q2 2011 (PSN moving from development to deployment) • PSN On Boarding workshops being arranged

  5. Smaller Districts and Boroughs Replacement for GCSX (GCF or PSN?) Collaboration with other partners Larger Counties and Unitaries Replacement for GCSX (GCF or PSN?) Creating a PSN compliant network Partnering with other organisations Regional/Sub-regional//County based/go it alone approach? – No right or wrong answer Need to consider options

  6. Deliberate policy to work through partnerships – County or wider A couple in the South still to go Possibility of a Thames Valley briefing? More guidance for Districts once the GCF contract has been let Please get in touch …… Not everybody is engaged
