    • Hampshire & Kent deliveries will create initial ‘GCN’ and DNSP – testing happening now.
    • Connection to the Government Secure intranet (GSi), to allow parallel running during transition, by Q2 2011.
    • Other Customers and supplier connections introduced from Q2 2011.
  • PSNA operational, Q2 2011 (PSN moving from development to deployment)
  • PSN On Boarding workshops being arranged
need to consider options
Smaller Districts and Boroughs

Replacement for GCSX (GCF or PSN?)

Collaboration with other partners

Larger Counties and Unitaries

Replacement for GCSX (GCF or PSN?)

Creating a PSN compliant network

Partnering with other organisations

Regional/Sub-regional//County based/go it alone approach? – No right or wrong answer

Need to consider options
not everybody is engaged
Deliberate policy to work through partnerships – County or wider

A couple in the South still to go

Possibility of a Thames Valley briefing?

More guidance for Districts once the GCF contract has been let

Please get in touch ……

Not everybody is engaged
