Interested in learning about basic nutrition (healthier food choices, portion control) while incorporating exercise to tone up and lose body fat? * Instructed by AFAA certified Personal Trainer Emily Zube *A program for everyone – beginners, all ages and sizes (from a weight loss goal of 2 to 20lbs!) Four week session: Thursdays in April (4th,11th,18th,25th) Option One: $20 fee for registration: Includes weekly private weigh-ins and face-to-face nutrition classes (Q&A with open discussion) on Thursdays 5:30-6pm at the Elks Lodge. Opportunity to win half of the overall “pot” of all registration fees for losing the highest % of weight – NOT the most pounds! Nutrition lessons emailed if you cannot make the meeting. Weekly weigh-ins also available on Monday evenings before Zumba Toning class at the Elks Lodge. Option Two: $15 fee for registration: NO weigh-ins, no chance to win the “pot” of money. Includes face-to-face nutrition classes (Q&A with open discussion) on Thursdays 5:30-6pm at the Elks Lodge or nutrition lessons emailed if you cannot make the meetings.
