Environment Report: Planned / Unplanned Nodal Outages • Planned Outages • 05/28 1:30 P.M. – 2:30 P.M. • Software patches are being deployed for the CDR application and may result in slight interruption with report availability during the outage window. • Unplanned Outages • 05/24 8:00 A.M. – Ongoing • Performance degradation with Bidset response notifications occurred during the week. Root cause has been identified as a network I/O block associated with some of the QSE notification listeners, which has resulted in extended latency in the delivery cycles. • 05/24 8:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M • Load Ratio share data was unavailable via the external web service’s market information interface. • 05/27 1:00 P.M. –2:30 P.M • MIS users experienced display problems with portlet and image alignment on various pages of the Portal. http://nodal.ercot.com 5

Known Issues • SCED Shadow Prices and Binding Constraints Report • Issue: • All prices and constraints per SCED run should be included in the report • The report file on MIS has been posting with only one price/constraint pair for the reporting period (hourly posting) • Cause: • The query that Current Day Reports has been using to pull the data for this report was previously scripted to pull only the data for the interval prior to the query execution • Resolution: • The query has now been re-scripted to include all data for the range of the previous hour • The query updates are scheduled to deploy to Nodal Production on May 28 http://nodal.ercot.com 6

Standing Reports and Updates: General Reminders / Updates • Real-Time Known Issues List • The Updated Real-Time Known Issues List will post overnight to the Readiness Center (http://nodal.ercot.com/readiness/markettrials/rtm/index.html). • Network Model Update • The current system loaded from the model 05/24/10 • Next scheduled load is 06/01/10 • Web Service Release has been Delayed • The web services release, External Interfaces Specification v1.19L, has been delayed. The release date was originally planned for 5/28 and has now been moved to 6/11. Standing Reports and Updates: General Reminders / Updates • WGRPP/STWPF values for COP • The forecast value that should currently be used to update the nodal COP is the WGRPP value • Once the ERCOT Board approves NPRR210 to synchronize with PRR841, the STWPF value should be used • The NPRR timeline currently shows NPRR210 to be scheduled for discussion at TAC on June 3 and at the Board on July 20 http://nodal.ercot.com 8
